My boyfriend and I arrived in Venice last Tuesday but due to lack of sleep and the stress caused by traveling, we decided to stay at our hotel for the rest of the afternoon. We did venture into town the next day but sadly, the awful weather did not permit us to enjoy the lovely city as much as we have hoped to. =’( Although today, our luck might just be a teeny-weeny bit better! The forecast says it’s going to be sunny with occasional showers. I really hope it does not end up being thunder and lightning again as it did yesterday. *crossedfingers*
